In the 1980s, a large, fallow field of sunflowers in the Mercantour region was suspected of being the site of a Gallo-Roman farm. This archaeological treasure is threatened by the construction of a shopping center, angering locals and small shopkeepers alike. Two policemen are assigned to watch over the construction site. One night, the electricity goes off and the whole area is plunged into darkness. The two men witness a series of strange events that test their skepticism. In the tall grass, they meet four intruders: some with green skin, others dressed in three-piece suits…Is the power cut of extraterrestrial origin?
